CanadaTerrible customer service
Upon receiving our two large panels and large black stand up stand we didn’t receive the link for the set up. Once we received it quickly realized we needed three parts to connect it as the video was clear on requiring these parts. Contacted customer service several times and were told we didn’t order and didn’t need these parts. We are very disappointed as we can not complete the set up to this very expensive unit that I have been excited to use. We will be requesting a refund now since we can’t not set it up as we have had no assistance. Would love to be able to have the three pieces shipped to us that the video to set up clearly states we need to have to assemble. Will update if this issue is resolved.

CanadaGreat device, but instructions could use some improvement
The panel itself is awesome. Love using it once a day. But, the set up instructions are abit vague, the screws aren’t all labeled and you have to test a bunch to see which ones fit. The way to set the frequency isn’t very well explained either, but there are YouTube videos from other people that help. Also wish the last frequency you set it at would stay, it’s a pain to have to set it each time. No regrets buying it, just wish there were some slight improvements as mentioned.

CanadaElite Duo Panel
We decided to invest in the Elite Duo Panel with the roller boot for complete body coverage! We received the order in pieces (two elite panels delivered separately which necessitated a call to Customer service ). Once I had the two panels I was left with trying to figure out how to assemble the light into a Duo Panel. Customer service was very helpful and sent out the hardware that was necessary to combine the two Elite panels into the Duo Panel. Once the Duo Panels were stacked it seemed a bit heavy for the roller boot. It does not seem very stable, especially on carpet, so I have to lean the panel against a wall to make sure it doesn't fall over. I think Customer service was going to send sandbags? But to date I have not received these. I love the light and the fact that I can treat my full body in a matter of minutes, but the Duo Elite was definitely lacking instructions and stability which I found surprising given how much the product cost.
