I sit in front of it every morning as I get ready and I’ve noticed a huge difference in my alertness and productiveness, especially in the morning as mornings are hardest for me but the SAD lamp really does help!
Not as bright as was hoping for, and it requires you download an app to be able to easily control light brightness and settings which is annoying. Not the best for what you pay honestly.
Too early to tell if it’s working
The light is a beautiful machine with the varying modes providing a variety of mood choices. I am a more even tempered person when I use the light; my patience is equal only to my joy. Murderous thoughts are reduced to almost nil. My family thank you.

Use the lamp for 20-30 minutes each morning, or as recommended by your healthcare provider. Use the lamp within the first hour of waking up for best results.
Turn off the lamp after your session and continue your morning as usual.
