Unplug the pad and spot clean the fabric with a damp cloth and mild soap. Important: Never machine wash or soak the device.
Step 2: Air Dry Completely
Lay the pad flat in a well-ventilated area to air dry. Do not use direct heat sources like hair dryers.
Step 3: Reconnect & Store
