Return policy
- All returned devices or products will not be eligible for subsequent trials after an initial return.
- We require a valid return tracking number within 30 days from the delivery confirmation for full refunds.
- Damages by customers will negate return/exchange eligibility. Returns must be undamaged for charity donations.
- Kala Mask, Kala Wand, Kala Neck Rejuvenator, Kala PEMF Mat, Kala Wrap, Kala Sauna Blanket, Kala Quad, Kala Duo, Kala Vertical Stand, Kala Horizontal Stand, Kala Goggles, and Kala Sauna are final sale and are not returnable.
- A $15 restocking fee applies to all returns, emphasizing our eco-conscious commitment.
Shipping
- Kala covers initial shipping but not return shipping.
- All shipping times are as stated at checkout, though we aim for faster deliveries.
- Pre-order delivery times are estimates and can change.
- For mixed orders of pre-order and in-stock items, shipping will be done when all items are available.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection, typically within 14 business days.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellations post-order placement aren't allowed. For returns, wait for product delivery and initiate the return process.
Warranty
- Kala products come with a 2-year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects by offering replacement parts and information necessary to maintain or repair goods or offering a one-time replacement. Warranty determinations are at Kala's sole discretion.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee
- Products can be returned within 30 days from purchase. Proof of purchase is necessary.
- This guarantee is non-transferable and exclusive to Kala's official sales channels.

- Promotional offers and codes are not stackable.

• When charging the battery controller, please disconnect the mask from the battery controller.
• Please connect the controller USB-C port to the adaptor first, then plug the adapter into the power supply.
• Please do not place the KALA RED LIGHT FACE MASK at where it may be. fell or pulled into water or other liquid. If the device falls into water or liquid, please unplug immediately.
• Do not use the KALA RED LIGHT FACE MASK while you are bathing or taking a shower.
• Keep the device away from thermal energy.
• Do not attempt to disassemble the KALA'RED LIGHT FACE MASK as this may cause damage to the device.
• If the device overheat, turn it o immediately.
• Keep the device away from flammable liquids and aerosol products or where is filled with oxygen.
• Please avoid using this product when it was stacked with other equipment or near the interfering equipment because it will be harmful to the product and it could cause unexpected treatment result.
• Use of accessories other than those specified or provided by the manufacturer of this equipment could result in increased electromagnetic emissions or decreased electromagnetic immunity.
• If face filling plastic surgery (hyaluronic acid and other infusions) has been accepted within one month.It is not recommended to use this product.
• If there is sunburn in the past 2 weeks, it is recommended not to use this product to allow your skin to repair.
• This device is not for use by more than one person.
• The mask should not be used if directly connected to the USB wall adapter, this will cause excessive voltage and current, damage the equipment, and damage the skin.
• Do not use the LED mask while the battery controller is being charged. • Keep the device out of the reach of children/pets to avoid inhalation or swallowing of small parts.
