Amazing!

The blanket is amazing. Heats up quick. Good quality construction. Easy setup and take down. The towel is great as well. There are just a couple of things that would set this apart from a product perspective. 1.) the towel needs a zipper. Getting in and out could be a bit of a challenge for people with mobility issues. 2.) the foot area needs some extra space or a foam ball or something to help keep your feet upright without being crushed. 3.) the carrying bag could be marginally bigger to make packing and unpacking a bit easier.

Great addition to my morning routine!

I turn on my sauna blanket to 65 degrees about 5 minutes (that’s how quick it comes to temp) before I finish my 20 minute weight session, then get it for 30-40min. It really gets me sweating. The liner is easy to remove and hang to dry or wash. I unzip the blanket so it dries fully as it cools. I haven’t seen visible moisture on it, so there’s been no work to wipe it. I aim to fit this in twice before work during the week, then at least one day on the weekend.

Great Red/Blue Light Mask

I've had the red light panel for a little over a year and use it when I am getting ready for bed or walking on my walking pad. Overall device feels premium, solid and light is very bright. The unit itself came with a small chip on the side which is disappointing. Also, the case it comes in smells horrible and is off gassing. The stand hinge is weak and only supports the device at about 75–90 degree angles.

Set your preferred heat level using the controller, then enter the blanket and relax for 20–40 minutes depending on your comfort.

Cool down and rehydrate

Turn off the blanket, gently wipe it down after use, and drink water to rehydrate.
