We offer 100% free shipping across North America on all Kala orders. You may use a P.O. Box address when placing your order.

All orders are dispatched from our Toronto warehouse. No duties will be charged on orders shipped to the United States.

Shipping Details:

• Canada: Orders are shipped via Canada Post/Fleet Optics/Intelcom/UPS/Canpar with an estimated transit time of 2–8 business days depending on province. 

• United States: Orders are shipped via USPS and UPS with an estimated transit time of 6-10 business days.

• International: Orders are shipped via APC Worldwide and PostNl with an estimated transit time of 8–14 business days.

All shipments include full tracking, and tracking information will be provided via email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Address Changes & Order Modifications:

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once your order is processed, we may not be able to make any changes. We are unable to make any modifications to an order once it has been processed. 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Kala is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your order is missing, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to our support team for assistance.
