When will my order arrive?

US-bound orders are shipped via USPS and FedEx with general transit times ranging from 2 to 4 business days.

International orders are dispatched through APC Worldwide, typically arriving within 8 to 14 business days.

How do I set up my Kala Light?

For skin and surface treatments, you'll require significantly lower doses compared to deeper tissues. Also, consider the cumulative light exposure when treating multiple body areas. Given the superior power, quality, and irradiance of Kala devices, a lesser dose—often from a greater distance—yields the most effective outcomes.

If, for any reason, you find that the product isn't right for you within this period, we're committed to ensuring a hassle-free return and a full refund. It's a testament to our trust in the product quality and efficacy that less than 1% of our clients opt to return. Our Kala family typically finds tremendous value in our devices!

Please note that there's a $15 restocking fee for returns. This fee is in line with our dedication to environmental sustainability, helping us offset costs associated with environmentally-conscious restocking practices.

However, due to the unique nature and dimensions of certain products - specifically, the Kala Mask, Kala PEMF Mat, Kala Wrap, Kala Sauna Blanket, Kala Quad, Kala Duo, Kala Vertical Stand, Kala Horizontal Stand, Kala Goggles, and Kala Sauna - these items are considered final sale and are not eligible for the 30-day risk-free return.
