Each of the 12 multi-chip LED modules is tested individually for wavelength accuracy (630, 660, 830, 850 nm) and irradiance. If a module underperforms by more than 10% or shows wavelength drift beyond ±3 nm, we replace it entirely. The goal is to match the performance of a new unit as closely as possible.
We recalibrate the internal power regulation board on all renewed Minis. The device must maintain steady irradiance (±5%) from a full charge down to 20% battery. If output drops more than that during testing, the power board is replaced. We also log the irradiance curve for each unit to confirm stability.
