Love!

Shipped super fast and already charged so I could experiment right away. I like the timing feature and the ability to use both red and blue light as desired. I find it relaxing although the hum of it did take a bit to get used to.....not a big deal at all. I could be imagining it, but I do feel like I'm already seeing minor improvements in skin texture and fine lines. Only regret is not buying it sooner!

enjoying it so far

I'm enjoying this so far, but too soon to notice any difference in my skin. Either way, the vibration is nice for lymph and swelling. I enjoy the routine of using this every day.

It's an xmas gift. Love my Kala pro so expect the wand will be equally as good!

Long wait time, but good product

It took a long, long time to get, especially for a paid pre-order. When I reached out and told the company my frustration in not knowing if my order was coming through or not due to lack of communication....they stepped up their communication. That was comforting in knowing that this company actually heard me, without blaming me for their unknown situation. As for the wand, I have been happy so far with it. I have been using it for 2 weeks or so and only need to charge it once a week at most. I wish there were instructions about how long to use the blue light and in which order to use them, etc. Otherwise satisfied with the wand.

Ridiculously delayed delivery

The promised delivery date was missed countless times over months until I finally cancelled my order. At least they refunded my money quickly, I’ll give them that.
